How many people can stay in Jodi?
Up to 7 adults, with 3 extra mattresses. Each extra adult is ₹200 a night, each child aged 5 to 17 is ₹100, and children under 5 stay free.
Is Jodi an AC room?
No. It is sold as a non-AC fan room. If you want AC, choose Room 2 or Room 3.
How far is Konkan Central Homestay from Kankavli railway station?
About 7 minutes by car. From Kankavli bus stand it is about 5 minutes by car. From the Mumbai-Goa Highway (NH-66) it is 2 minutes: take the left turn after Baba Bhalchandra Mall.
How much for an extra person?
₹200 a night for each extra adult and ₹100 for each child aged 5 to 17, with an extra mattress. Children under 5 stay free. Rooms 1, 2 and 4 take up to 3 adults, Room 3 up to 4 adults, and the Jodi up to 7 adults.
Do I have to pay in advance?
A 50 percent deposit confirms your room. You pay the balance at check-in by cash, UPI or bank transfer. We share payment details on WhatsApp once your room is confirmed.
